Collection
You may choose to collect your products in person from BlewBelle Curl Studio once full payment is received through Square. The time available for collection is Mon-Fri 0900-1800. Outside of these times by arrangement with BlewBelle Curl Studio.
Delivery
Delivery of goods is made once full payment is made, and dispatched within 2 working days. UK weekends and Bank Holidays are not working days. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or 48hr service. Your order may arrive in more than one package. Maximum of 2 aerosols per package. Delivery is not available for 500ml or 1Litre size products. Shipping is only available within the UK.
Delayed/Lost Orders
Royal Mail considers that a parcel is lost in the UK after it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 working days. BlewBelle Curl Studio is unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed. BlewBelle Curl Studio is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage incurred by a customer due to delayed or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery. BlewBelle Curl Studio is not responsible for the loss of your order if the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incomplete or incorrectly written. Should your package be returned to BlewBelle Curl Studio due to these circumstances an additional delivery charge will be incurred for re delivery to the correct address.
