Refund policy

In line with distance selling regulations, you have 14 days to change your mind on your purchase.

Returns
Your package must be returned unopened and in original packaging to BlewBelle Curl Studio at our address within 14 days of receipt stating clearly that you would like a refund. BlewBelle Curl Studio is not responsible for return costs and accepts no responsibility for goods damaged or lost during return. It is suggested that you use a tracked service to return the goods. Please email blewbelle@icloud.com to arrange returning your parcel.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order be emailing blewbelle@icloud.com quoting your order number. Once you have received an email confirming dispatch you can no longer cancel your order. In these circumstances please follow the returns policy. 

Refunds
All refunds will be minus the Square processing costs.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by these terms and conditions.
